And, therein, it is of value to China to comprehend fully the contentious issues of political dominion in the absence of treaty; namely, within these doctrines of Free Prior Informed Consent.
It is considered relevant, herein, that China maintains a permanent position on the IGO UN Security Council; and, that EIIR Canada is seeking re-admission onto that council [having been a founding member of the UN; and, a former member of the League of Nations - and, having voted contrary to the Haudenosaunee membership application].
Respectfully, we decline to support the EIIR Canada advocacy for UN Security Council membership in the absence of an Agreement-in-Principal with CSSP [consecutively settled sovereign peoples] member states of the Turtle Island North of 49th parallel ("Canada").
While we do recognize that EIIR Canada's Rt Hon Pierre E Trudeau came to China in 1973 to cement nation-to-nation relations; it continues to be our firm political position that EIIR Canada is in error to promote itself as an accomplished nation state.
The EIIR Canada December 2015 Truth & Reconciliation Commission's Final Report catalogues victim statements through repeated allegations of specific categories of acts of genocide arising through complicit governance - issues of which we are certain that Xinhua is duly apprised.
And, further, it is within our confidence that Xinhua, also, is adequately informed of the legacies of the xenophobic Catholic Church since its formation; and the Anglican parliamentary Supremacy Acts.
We do applaud the "best efforts" of Honourable Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in resolving the continued dismal environments of CSSP. But, there does remain the obvious vacuum in arriving at a contemporary binary governance here. CSSPs are surviving and flourishing through this renewal of public advocacies for improved nation-to-nation relations. And, it is within a reasonable expectation that the old EIIR Canada regimes will expire upon the demise of Elizabeth II; and, through which a Republic of Canada may arise through a joint efforts protocol between the rightful political CSSP governance; and, the aspiring "landed immigrants" governance of non-indigenous Peoples.
This "ICE" protocol is the historical "Two Row Wampum", where the Canoe Peoples (CSSP) and the Ship Peoples (landed immigrants) establish the "safe passage" agreements; the Canoe Peoples retaining title to land and resources (from the centre of the Earth to the top of the sky); each proceeds along the "river" in separate vessels; not interferring with the other; the Canoe Peoples retaining the Veto Options to evict the Ship Peoples for cause (failing to respect the Terms and Conditions; i.e., disrespect of Mother Earth - fundamental resource stewardship issues). Mother Earth natural resources stewardship is an arising public domain demand; and, citizens - both indigenous and landed - are appearing to be resolved toward the greener energy initiatives (a principal mission matter of IGO GTIF / Kwa'mutsin and colleagues) ... sustainable, renewable green energy technologies are easily achievable today. And, we are encouraged by the strong directions that China is taking in regard to atmospheric integrity.
Our ability is to offer to China pathfinding information regarding the evident existing inventories of biomass resources in both countries that can contribute expeditiously to the transition from fossil fuel dependence; and, into affordable green energy production. In this matter, we have already advised Russia and Brazil of our interest in forming the $20T tri-lateral green energy initiatives; which would, also, capitalize on the carbon credits programs. Our integrity in these issues is well established internationally since 1960. And, our current concern is that if we do not adopt the "biomass green options" as related to the P1-Factor, then, as global atmospheric climate change rapidly accelerates; the resulting CH4 emissions will overwhelm the ozone areas; with consequent loss of global biomass sustenance - Earth will witness ultra violet demise of all living tissues ... less than 1000 years.
We are confident that monks from Asia have ventured to North America / Turtle Island North since 1000 years before the birth of the Christian Jesus on missions of peaceful quest to regions of "healing waters" (Florida) - and, of the contentious possibility that one of Zheng He's admirals travelled up that west coast some 50 years before the 1492 Columbus landings - obviously, CSSP indigenous roots are lodged in Asia; not, Europe.

In Preliminary Summation
Issue One : CSSPs seek to establish diplomatic dialogue with China for purposes of advancing the Canada binary governance Republic (therein, absolving the claimed existing constitutional monarchy of the British Empire)
Issue Two : CSSPs are seeking international cooperation and support in advancing the Indian Residential Schools Surviving Victims complaints to the ICC; including, the reported matters included into the 2015 TRC Final Report. It would require a land titles settlement; wherein the allodial land and resources titles are lodged into the surviving CSSPs possession; through which there can be a UN-supervised accord for the mutual interests Canada binary governance Republic formation (pre Elizabeth II demise; or, immediate post event).
